Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or customized items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Process

After receiving your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a wrong or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
